Return policy for used auto parts

You can return if:

• the condition of the part does not correspond to the required one (there are no recurrences of defects);
• a part that does not correspond to the ordered one (wrong year, wrong car, wrong side);
• the verification period of 14 days has not expired, does not imply the day of purchase.

Auto parts cannot be returned if:

• the verification period has expired;
• there is no (completely or partially available) branded marker on the product;
• the auto part was installed (operated) in violation of the rules or installation (operation) technologies;
• there are mechanical damages on auto parts that were not present during the sale;
• a spare part with a defect, about which the buyer of the car was warned (i.e. this defect will not arise as a basis for a return);
• the item did not work out, they fixed their own (that is, through no fault of their own), ordered the wrong thing

Return policy for NEW auto parts:

You can return if:

• presentation of the part and packaging;
• the verification period of 14 days has not expired, does not imply the day of purchase.

Auto parts cannot be returned if:

• the verification period has expired;
• the auto part was installed (operated);
• damage or lack of packaging of a new auto part;
